Chocolate and raspberry molten pudding

I've made these this afternoon for our Monday night pudding, and will stick them in the oven later on.  The recipe comes from Clean & Lean Diet Cookbook by James Duigan.  It probably says a lot that the most used pages are the ones in the (very small) dessert section at the back.....

The below quantities serve 2 - I have made them in individual ramekins but it could be made in one dish instead.

100g unsalted butter
100g good-quality dark chocolate (min 70%)
2 large eggs, separated
100g raspberries
15g plain flour

- Grease the ramekins or oven-proof dish
- Place the butter and chocolate in a pan, and gently heat until melted.
- Remove from the heat and add the flour.  Stir well.
- Add the egg yolks and stir well.
- Mash the raspberries and stir into the chocolate mixture.
- Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the chocolate, making sure the mixture is well combined.
- Pour into the dish(es) and bake in a preheated oven at 180c (fan) for 15 minutes or until they have just a slight wobble in the middle.

The serving suggestion in the book is natural yoghurt, but I think a small scoop of vanilla ice cream is a better idea.
